These Terms of Service govern your use of the Found and Verified website and your purchase of any services offered by Found and Verified, operated by Tami Halliman. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

Found and Verified offers AI visibility audit and optimization services for local businesses, including:

• Tier 1: One-time AI Visibility Audit Report
• Tier 2: Monthly AI Visibility Monitoring Retainer
• Tier 3: Done-For-You Implementation
• Wikidata Entity Creation (add-on)

The specific scope of each service is described on our Services page. Scope of work for Tier 3 engagements is confirmed in writing prior to the start of work.

Payment

• Payment is due in full before work begins unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed upon
• Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing cycle
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in a pause of services until payment is received
• All prices are listed in US dollars

Client Responsibilities

To deliver your audit or service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Complete any intake forms within 5 business days of booking
• Respond to follow-up questions within a reasonable timeframe
• Grant any read-only access to tools such as Google Search Console when requested and when you are comfortable doing so

Delays caused by incomplete information or non-response from the client will affect the delivery timeline without penalty to Found and Verified.

Deliverables and Timelines

Tier 1 audit reports are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days of receiving complete intake information. Delivery timelines for Tier 2 and Tier 3 engagements are confirmed at the start of each project. Found and Verified will communicate any delays promptly.

Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, and materials prepared by Found and Verified are delivered to you for your business use. You may share them internally with your team and vendors. You may not resell, republish, or represent Found and Verified materials as your own work.

Limitation of Liability

Found and Verified provides research, analysis, and recommendations based on publicly available information and established best practices. We are not responsible for how AI platforms interpret or update their systems after delivery of your report. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sumner County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

No Guarantee of Results

Found and Verified provides AI visibility audits, analysis, and recommendations designed to improve your business's presence in AI-generated search results. However, we do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in your business being cited, recommended, or ranked by any AI platform, search engine, or directory.

AI systems including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Microsoft Copilot operate independently and update their algorithms, data sources, and citation behavior without notice. Results may vary and are beyond our control.

The information provided in our audits, reports, and website is for informational and strategic purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, technical engineering advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated by licensing requirements.

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free of charge. You may cancel or reschedule a discovery call at any time through your booking confirmation link. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible as a courtesy.

Tier 1 Audit — Refund Policy

Because the Tier 1 audit involves significant research and preparation time that begins immediately upon receipt of your intake information, the following applies:

• Before intake form is submitted: Full refund available upon written request
• After intake form is submitted but before delivery: 50% refund available if work has not yet begun. No refund once research has commenced.
• After report delivery: No refunds are available once the audit report has been delivered

If you are dissatisfied with your report, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns about the scope or quality of the work.

Tier 2 Monthly Retainer — Cancellation Policy

Found and Verified offers two paths for Tier 2 monitoring:

• Month-to-month: $400 per month, billed at the start of each month. May be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial month refunds are issued.
• 6-month commitment: Total cost is $2,400, structured as follows: $1,500 is due upfront and covers your Tier 1 audit, which is delivered at the start of your engagement. Months 2 through 6 are billed at $180 per month. This plan provides the full audit plus 6 months of monitoring at a significant savings over purchasing each service separately.

For clients on the 6-month commitment plan: if you cancel after month 1, the Tier 1 audit has been fully paid for and delivered, and no further audit fees will be billed. Any remaining monthly payments for months not yet started are not due. Only months already in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice. No partial month refunds are issued.

Tier 3 Implementation — Cancellation Policy

Tier 3 projects are scoped and priced individually. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before work begins and are specific to each engagement. Generally:

• Work completed prior to cancellation is billed at the agreed project rate
• A minimum of 50% of the total project fee is due if the project is cancelled after work has begun

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by email. Please include your name, business name, service purchased, and the reason for your request.
